How long would it take for me to receive the product?

At KindAKool, since we have a wide catalogue of personalized and designer print-on-demand product, we take approx 2 to 5 working days to custom make products.

After production, how long would it take for me to receive the product?

At KindAKool, we use Aust Post, other logistics provider standard shipping to deliver products which can delay the delivery depends upon host of factors. Such as floods, political disruptions, public holidays and other factors that can impact the logistics services.

By when you dispatch the products?

Depending upon your order, usually we dispatch within 2-5 working days. For bulk/corporate/large orders, depending upon the quantity and product, we clearly communicate the delivery timelines. We have a 100% on time delivery record for bulk orders. We have successfully delivered large orders to our corporate customers.
